The History of Shere Marketing
Shere Marketing was established in 1989 as a B2B (Business to Business) marketing management and communications agency, originally being based in Shere, near Guildford in Surrey, before moving to the adjacent village of Albury and then further relocating to The Bothy in Albury Park (near Guildford, Surrey, GU5 9BH). Our telephone number used to be 01483 203010 and has now switched to the main Calibre number: 01323 487330.

Now an integral part of Calibre Marketing, we continue to trade under the Shere Marketing brand, which gives us a strong recognition and presence in the Surrey, Hampshire and West London area.
The Shere Marketing agency was originally started by John Foster, who led the business for nearly 30 years before taking well-earned retirement and handing over the reins to Martyn, who had joined him as a strategic partner, whilst still running Calibre, in 2010.
As a successful communications agency, Shere Marketing has an impressive back catalogue of clients, including some leading brand names, some of which are still with the agency today.
Having been based in various locations around the village of Shere and Albury, ultimately ending up in The Bothy at Albury Park, like Calibre the agency is now virtual, with the crew principally working from home. However, we retain a facility within The Bothy to meet with clients and for presentations etc.
