Exhibition Marketing & Promotion

If you have booked an exhibition stand, then you must attend to marketing and promoting your presence at the event to have the best chance of success. You need to use a comprehensive range of marketing activities prior to, and even during and after the event, to promote the fact that you are exhibiting and ensure people come to your stand.

Before attending an exhibition, most visitors will have decided on certain stands that they would like to see. There will be 8 to 10 companies or organisations that they will seek out and visit. You need to be on that list!

Exhibiting, as with other events, provides a great opportunity to promote not only your presence but also your business products and/or services generally to potential customers and clients. The frequency of your electronic newsletters, social media posts etc can be increased (without annoying the recipients!), you can issue personal invitations and a press release plus much more. Please ask for a copy of our exhibition promotion checklist.

Calibre can of course assist with your marketing and promotion for your exhibitions and events. We can also help with all of the stand administration and even your stand design and build. Make a real success of your next event by contacting us to discuss.
