Calibre & Zoho Campaigns System
Zoho is a comprehensive CRM (customer relationship management) and business operation system. Whilst it is multifaceted, we typically use the Zoho Campaigns element to provide our clients with a simple contacts database, which can also be used to record the latest activities with each customer and prospect.
The usual contact information can be stored in the system, with a range of standard fields including all of their company and personal contact details plus items such as their LinkedIn profile address etc. This information can be searched by all of the fields available and indeed customer categories can be added for particular information that is relevant to your business or organisation.
Each contact then has a timeline showing all of their relevant activity. This includes both a record of which e-newsletters they were sent and any reaction, in terms of opening and clicking to a particular link on your website or similar. You can also add your own notes for each contact manually. For example, records of emails you have sent, telephone calls, visits, proposals etc.
Full training is provided and a document will then be sent that includes all of the operational details. As we use this system ourselves, we are very well placed to provide any guidance or advice you may need.
Your existing data can be input directly from a spreadsheet (we will sort the columns to coincide with the fields within the software). If you do not already have a database, then your email addresses can be downloaded from your email browser, again into an Excel file, ready for upload. We will also endeavour to source additional contacts within your target market sectors and demographic to grow your prospect list.
The Zoho campaign system is free for up to 2,000 contacts. Beyond that reasonable charges apply, which we can advise. You may also wish to upgrade to the main Zoho CRM at some point and we can also advise in this respect as and when appropriate.
