SPF, DKIM, records and DMARC policies for all domains
Google, Yahoo and Apple recently announced a joint effort to reduce the number of unwanted emails received by users. Having started the process in February 2024, they will be monitoring the sending of mail with restrictions set to be fully in place by April.
New email requirements include; setting up SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) records within your domains DNS to make sure emails sent are DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) compliant.
If you are sending mail from software platforms such as Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc, then this is something that will certainly need to be actioned to help ensure your emails do not end up being marked as spam or blocked.
