A Calibre Case Study

Lucid Partnership

Calibre has helped Lucid Partnership strengthen its digital presence, communicate its specialist AV expertise and build a consistent marketing programme around its services, software and people.

MEET THE CLIENT

Blueprint by Lucid

Lucid Partnership is an audiovisual software specialist providing bespoke software solutions and user interfaces for AV control. They work with enterprise organisations around the world to deliver consistent, scalable AV environments.

Working with clients in the UK and internationally, Lucid supports environments ranging from meeting rooms and boardrooms to lecture theatres, auditoriums and master control rooms. Their services include AV programming, UI development, system consultancy, AV asset management, DSP and audio commissioning, training and ongoing support.

Lucid’s expertise is particularly valuable to enterprise organisations managing AV across multiple rooms, sites and countries, where standardisation and consistency are essential.

At the heart of their offering is Blueprint, Lucid’s software platform for creating flexible, scalable and standardised AV environments that can be tailored to individual organisations and deployed across multiple rooms and locations.

THE CHALLENGE

Lucid operates in a highly technical industry, where explaining the difference between software programming, AV integration and the wider AV supply chain isn't always straightforward.

The business needed a stronger digital presence that clearly communicated its specialist expertise and positioned Lucid as a software-led AV partner rather than simply another AV installer.

It also needed to reach the right audiences. Lucid works with major organisations in sectors including finance, education, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and the public sector, as well as AV consultants, contractors and integrators. Standardisation, scalability, security and the ability to deploy systems internationally are particularly important to these clients.

Our Brand Discovery workshop gave us the opportunity to understand the business, its clients and what differentiates its approach before developing the messaging that would underpin the website and wider marketing.

OUR APPROACH

Our work began by establishing clearer messaging around Lucid's services, expertise and Blueprint platform, supported by keyword research covering areas including AV programming, UI and UX development, audiovisual standardisation and meeting room control systems.

We developed an ongoing content and marketing programme to build Lucid’s profile and give potential clients more ways to discover and understand the business.

Website content has been expanded and optimised around Lucid’s services, sectors and the issues its clients are searching for. Regular blogs, FAQs and thought leadership content explore subjects such as AV standardisation, AV and IT convergence, security, enterprise deployment and the role of software in creating consistent AV environments.

We also manage ongoing social media content, newsletters, PPC, PR, email marketing and wider promotional activity, using each channel to reinforce Lucid’s expertise and maintain regular communication with clients and prospects.

Case studies and technical content provide evidence of Lucid’s work, while our ongoing marketing of Blueprint has helped explain how the platform supports standardisation, repeatable deployment and consistent user experiences.

Many of these activities were identified at the outset. The original Brand Discovery work highlighted regular technical content alongside FAQs, case studies, newsletters and ongoing social activity as opportunities to build Lucid’s digital presence.

THE RESULTS

Lucid case study

Lucid’s digital presence has changed considerably since we began working with them.

Website traffic grew substantially during 2025 as the new content and wider marketing programme became established. The site attracted 12,441 visitors during 2025, with monthly visitors reaching 2,215 by December.

During January to August 2026, a further 9,956 visitors came to the website, with the moving monthly average reaching 1,475 visitors by August.

Lucid’s LinkedIn audience has also grown significantly. The company had 245 followers in June 2024, around the time our Brand Discovery work began. By August 2026, this had increased to 1,025 followers, representing growth of more than 300%.

PPC has become another important part of Lucid’s digital activity. Google Ads generated more than 192,000 impressions during the first eight months of 2026, helping the business maintain visibility for relevant searches alongside its growing organic content.

The result is a much broader digital footprint for Lucid, supported by regular content and consistent activity across multiple channels.

WHAT THE CLIENT SAYS

Calibre have been super helpful getting us up to speed on Marketing. They have revamped our website, helped us get our social media moving and even helped us get an award application underway. The monthly meetings help us to gauge how the impact of the marketing is moving us in the right direction and we can feel a new momentum from the work that Calibre have done. Highly recommend them to anyone hoping to raise their profile regardless of the industry you're working in.

MOVING FORWARD

Our work with Lucid continues to develop alongside both the business and the AV industry.

With AV increasingly converging with IT, networking and cybersecurity, the subjects Lucid needs to communicate are changing too. We're continuing to develop content around enterprise AV deployment, AV governance, standardisation, network-ready AV and other areas that matter to organisations managing increasingly complex technology estates.

We're also strengthening Lucid's SEO, and developing its visibility within AI-generated search results, while continuing to support Blueprint, Lucid's services and the wider expertise of its team.

What began with the need for clearer messaging and a stronger digital presence has developed into an ongoing marketing partnership that helps Lucid explain complex technology, demonstrate their expertise and stay visible to the organisations they wants to work with.
